The service is fine and the staff are great but the cost is far too high, especially if you have to make several visits to the Island for business purposes. It may possibly be the most expensive...

Hello David, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that you find the service good however, can only apologise that you find the cost too high. We always advise to book in advance as we do operate a live booking system. Prices will be affected closer to the travel date and time. Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts based on the number of journeys you have taken however, we do offer different discounts and offers throughout the year and would advise to keep an eye on our 'offers' page on our website for ideas. Yarmouth sailing

Managed an earlier ferry. Due to being fog bound it was delayed. Staff kept me updated regularly and ship sailed at the original booking time. No inconvenience to me at all. Well done

Great ship but poor refreshments.

Victoria of Wight is a great ship; lots of space and choices of seating. No hot meals are available and Costa Coffee wasn't even open. There is considerable noise from the children's play area.

Comfortable crossing and updated by bridge staff when leaving

I have a blue badge and every effort was made to place me on the garage deck or near the lift .
