Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have checked the status of your delivery and can see that your order was dispatched the day after the order was placed. According to the DPD tracking, delivery has been attempted and an attempt to deliver to the safe place was unsuccessful. Calling cards have been left. Unfortunately, the tracking shows that attempts to obtain further instructions have also been unsuccessful. As this is the case, the tracking shows as at today's date your order has been kept by DPD for the maximum time allowed, and will now be returned to us. We are sorry for any unnecessary inconvenience caused.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We were very concerned to read your review so checked the details of the delivery for the order number quoted on your review. We can see that the order was placed late afternoon on the 18th August and according to the DPD tracking, was delivered at lunchtime on the 21st August. This is within the timescale we quote as delivery between 1 - 3 days. We are sorry you are not happy with the service received.
