Very unhelpful package deal company ,stay clear
We had our holiday cancelled by yourselves ,received hotel money ,but still after over 6 months still waiting to receive flight money ,would never use this site again .Not able to contact by phone...

Refused a package holiday refund. I tried to get this back on Mastercard (as they left ABTA to rip further customers off ) They then lied and said I had a full refund direct from Airline (I hadn't)...
