I am only rating this as good for the online booking process. You actually need to receive the service, see what type of room you get and test other service issues before really posting a review.

Great company to deal with.
Excellent to deal with, I messed up my booking and called straight after processing it, booking was adjusted without any quibble and an extra email was sent explaining the paperwork. Very impressed.

not only travel accomodation, site should be more flexible
the booking experience was not adapted to purchasing circus tickets but only designed at travel accommodation booking.
