Staff at Urban and Rural were always very pleasant and approachable in person and over the phone. Helped where they could especially towards the end of my process of moving home.

Slow process needed prompting but nice people.
Very lovely kind people but a very slow process through which I didn't feel the team chased the upward chain at any speed without prompting. Communication between the agents, the sellers, the upward...
