Underwhelmed
The representative I spoke with was kind of rude and another bank gave me a better interest rate. I would think being with truesky for the better part of a decade would hold some weight.

Polite Apathy
They fail to split ACH deposits as requested.
They tell the customer the customer has too many accounts.
They tell the customer they are not allowed to fix Credit Union ERRORS.
