Good morning, Mr. Abdelhalim, We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the information provided regarding your baggage allowance and flight gate details. We understand how important it is to receive clear and accurate travel information. Good morning, Mr. Rafiq, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, particularly given the circumstances surrounding your sibling’s emergency surgery. We understand how stressful it must have been to arrange your travel during such a difficult time. We’re disappointed to hear that you experienced a lengthy hold and that the call was disconnected without your query being resolved. We take concerns regarding communication, call handling and the options provided for your booking seriously, and your feedback will be highlighted with the relevant management team for review. Flight changes and any associated charges are subject to the airline’s fare conditions, availability and applicable fare difference. However, we recognise the importance of providing clear information and appropriate assistance, especially when a customer is dealing with an urgent family situation. We sincerely regret that your experience left you feeling unsupported and that you were ultimately required to travel with such a lengthy transit. Regards, TravelUp
