If you make a promise, fulfil that promise, don't leave your customer without an answer. If you say in August that the refund is on its way, how is it possible that we're still waiting for our money
Thank you Tripx Tours for arranging Dhow Cruise last February 2020 for me and my family. We really enjoyed Marina Bay Dubai. You chose the cruise that was organized and the buffet was good. ❤️

Pas du tout satisfaite, je n’ai pas été remboursé suite à mon voyage annulé pour les raisons sanitaires actuelles
I would never book with this company again. Due to covid, our trips were cancelled and the company ignored all the emails requesting the refunds. We got no replies even after they started operating...
Really bad ...i did not been to dubai because of corona virus..abd there also all parks are shut ...but tripx not give my money back..tripx are fraud company..never buy from them ..rubbish service...
Customer service has been terrible. Take your money and don’t respond when tickets are not actually available for the date due to Ramadan! Still not had a refund 10 months later!
I booked two 2 combo tickets for Garden glow on 16th of October and I paid online AED 190 after a while an agent called me and informed me that the combo pass ain’t available that day as ice park...
