Works online is a joke

My order never actually arrived, it took a month or more to even get a refund and I didn’t actually get to speak to a human just bots that constantly blamed the courier and then the courier...

Sadly I will not order from The Works again as my order did not arrive due to the Courier - EVRI, so unless The works change their courier I won't order again.
