It depends what you mean by 'service'. The product was perfect but the colour was not as advertised. When a woman is matching colours the shade could be vitally important! I did email to query but...

Taking as an inspiration the dry stone walling of the Trossochs, the Ed Hicks logo reflect the "stone wall" dependability of its products. Having now diversified into Wallets, Card Holders and even Beach Towels and Soft Glasses Cases, the core mission of the brand remains true to this day - to be "One Step Beyond" in everything it does.
