Never received confirmation email with tracking number and purchase details. Took a long time to receive goods (more then 2 weeks)

We are investigating the email issue as you should have received 3 emails from us between ordering and delivery.

We ship from our warehouse in Sydney, so I am sorry about the 9 days it took to get to you in Perth, you may have missed the 8-10 day shipping estimate we give as you didn't get the emails we sent.
