Disappointed.

Better communication is needed particularly when there is a delay in sourcing the item. Should never quote the cost of a shipping fee then increase it without informing the customer first. Plus,...

Ordering went well, but phoned 7 days later to see where my order was. Informed it would be dispatched that day (Friday)! Finally arrived on the Monday.
