The item was just as described and I am delighted with it. The delivery was swift. I would definitely shop with them again. They have a lovely range of gifts.

Product is worth 5stars and is beautifully made. Customer service is worth 1star, they dont respond to all emails and dont ask permission before they use photos of personalised items on website and...

Hi, I am so sorry that a photograph of your cushion was used on one of our other platforms, please be assured that this has now been removed. Regarding the communication, our records show that all of your emails we replied to, however, I can see that there was a misunderstanding regarding the cushion complaint for which I can only apologise.

Hi Chandrika, I'm so sorry that we didn't get your order right first time and it had to be returned. I understand that we sent the correct item out immediately and enclosed a pre-paid post bag for the return.

After-Sale communication letting Alphabet down
Nice item however no communication from Alphabet with regard to despatch. Did not respond to email either 🙁
