Easy transfer. Overall, great experience.
Really easy to transfer my ISA. Received a call just after I opened account to check if I had any questions. Overall, great experience.

Had to contact customer service because I put some details wrong in my application and they sorted it out v quickly and were friendly.

Great Experience
Great experience so far.. my investment has performed really well to date and I’ve found the online dashboard a quick and easy way to keep on track.

Easy investment process. Risk factor clear. Performance updated regularly.
Apart from initial glitch in the process investing options were clearly explained. Risk was made plain and the investor’s financial interests considered.
