You shall receive the refund on your VISA account on the upcoming 4 business days. We have considered this a fair compensation since we also have to cover the driver's costs since we have noticed that you also agreed with them to wait even though you were aware of their delay. So, in this case, we consider that according to our terms and conditions the driver completed half of the details of the transfer.
