Also, we are terribly sad to hear that our customer service agents were not helpful at the time you reached out for assistance. We completely understand how stressful this may have been for you, especially when you took the time to schedule a pick up in order to avoid worrying about delays. Please note that we have already taken serious action with the driver from your transfer since we consider that this is not the service we want to offer to our customers. Also, we would like to check why we could not assist you as required when needed and improve from it.
