As you have probably gathered by now, we understood that the card was to go to the recipient as you had very kindly put it as the shipping address - thank you for that. We have now added an extra option to our personalisation settings to make it easier to add a recipient address, so this should clear up any confusion in future. Also, unfortunately tracking is not provided on Second or First Class shipments so we wouldn’t be able to confirm when the card was received by the recipient. If we were to offer tracked shipping we would need to charge at least £5 for delivery which isn’t viable on such low cost items. We are very sorry and I hope this doesn't put you off coming back to us in future. 🙂
