brilliant - fast , excellent packing will use again
I was unhappy to see that the Tamari I buy had gone up from around £80 to £100 per box.

We are also unhappy to see price increases but unfortunately they do happen. We do continually price match and try our best to be competitive. We would appreciate reviews of our service rather than the price of a product but we appreciate your feedback.

25% is a pretty large increase. Can you confirm you did not increase your margin with that increase and it was entirely due to Kikkoman/the wholesaler?

The customer service is really good but products are not consistent. In same order, we received, same products with different quantity with different packaging.
