Hello, thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase. We'r really sorry to hear that your order arrived with the size label missing and thus resulted in you receiving the wrong size product. I would like to assure you that non of our staff members would ever cut off a size label and intentionally send out the wrong size to our customers. We have reviewed the sweatshirt upon its return and confirm this has not been the case. I can see the matter has since been resolved with a member of our team and we apologise again for any inconvenience caused. Over time I have purchased at least 20 items of knitwear/underwear from Sunspel. This is the first time that the size tag L has been missing. An XL garment arrived in an bag labelled L, which Kate has chosen to ignore in her recent response. It later transpired that the requested khaki colour was sold out. Such an amazing coincidence bears out my previously stated opinion that an expedient switch was made to fulfil the order. I have no proof but you will not convince me otherwise.
Instead of my loyalty to Sunspel over several years being rewarded it has been betrayed. I shall seriously consider Smedley, Derek Rose, maybe even Hanro and Falke, before returniing to Sunspel.
Easy fast and well packaged and labeled for USA delivery. Loved the quality of my items and didn’t return a thing! The underwear and pajamas are so comfortable and I’ve been looking for a long time...
Lovely clothes, and delivered fairly quickly (although not compared to other on line retailers). But at those prices I'd expect free returns, especially as sizing is variable.
It was my first purchase from you and I thought the whole process from start to finish was easy to complete. Yes I would highly recommend you to my friends.
