I thought the service was excellent, I ordered the purchase on 24 Dec NZDST, it arrived on 27 Dec NZDST. Ordering was an easy process, I would purchase from Sunspel again.
The shirt was exactly as advertised in terms of size, color and fit. The quality of the shirt is exquisite. Ordering was easy and shipping was actually better than scheduled. It arrived a day before...
I emailed to chance the color of an item right after I placed the order. 3 days later I received a reply stating that the order had already been sent out.

Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry we could not change the colour of your item from your recent order before the order was shipped out to you. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, so we are very sorry we was unable to respond to you over the weekend. And as December is our busiest time of year, we do have a much higher volume of emails from around the world than normal and we do try and reply to our customers as quickly as possible. Again we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused and we appreciate you contacting us. We hope you continue shopping with us.
