Hi, thank you for your feedback. We're really sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the delivery company DPD. We are currently reviewing the couriers that we use and will definitively take your comments on board. In the meantime we can use Royal Mail as an alternative but this does have to be done by request only. To do this please place your order with us, and notify us of your order number as soon as possible so we can get the courier changed to Royal Mail for you.
