Hello, thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase. We're really sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with the items purchased. We would dearly love to make all our products in the UK but given the limitations of the UK factory capacity and other commercial factors such as price points our customers will pay, there are some products that we simply can’t afford to make here. Having said this, the provenance of all our clothes, the fabrics, finishing and quality control are all vital to us. As is the selection of factories abroad. Please also note that all warehousing and quality control occurs here in the UK and any items we say are made in the UK are made here in their entirety using the same machinery and processes we have employed for years. We note where our products are made by publishing the country of manufacture for each garment on the relevant product page under the Fabric & Care heading.
