Kate your advert makes much of its historic background in the Britain, but your shorts are in fact made in Portugal which you do not advertise! Do not worry I will never order from Sunspelt in future: .Amazon is by far a better buy and I have said so on their review which goes out world wide

We do always recommend to our customers to shop with us directly whether it is at one of our stores or on our website online, assuring all of our customers that they have the authenticity and 100% guarantee the garments are to be genuine from the beginning. And we can also provide the best possible service from start to finish, starting from when you have placed your order to when the parcel has safely been delivered to your door.In regards to our handcrafted garments, we would dearly love to make all our products in the UK but given the limitations of the UK factory capacity and other commercial factors such as price points our customers will pay, there are some products that we simply can’t afford to make here. Having said this, the provenance of all our clothes, the fabrics, finishing and quality control are all vital to us. As is the selection of factories abroad. Please also note that all warehousing and quality control occurs here in the UK and any items we say are made in the UK are made here in their entirety using the same machinery and processes we have employed for years. Again, we are very sorry if you have felt disappointed with the garment in anyway and that we'd never want our customers to feel stuck with an item they aren't happy with, so if you would like to return the product we'll be happy to process a full refund or exchange processed for you. Kate thank you for your reply and the offer of a refund /return which I will take up because I have a small private pens ion £31:50 per month and which I had assured my wife I would pay to cover my mistake. Normally the House pays for personal items.; My wife also says your material is superior quality so I got that wrong too. my best regards Jon Allan Homan
