Hi, thank you for your feedback on our service and the products you purchased. I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our current returns policy. Sadly, we aren't able to provide a free returns service at the moment, however this is something we are reviewing as a company and hope to provide in the future. In regard to your item that arrived in a poor condition, I can only sincerely apologise for this as we do have a quality control team at the warehouse, who should of spotted any issues with the item before it was sent. Unfortunately, we don't currently have the technology in place to notify customers when we receive a return, but this is something we are looking into as a company and hope to do in the future.
