Unfortunately my parcel wasn’t delivered on the stated day.....not Sunspels fault...I contacted Sunpels customer service and they were brilliant....all sorted.

intuitive, easy to use online interface. expedient delivery even though it’s international shopping. missing one star because shipping label included order details??
The quality of all their products is very high. The T shirts fit beautifully as does the u drew ear and all are very comfortable to wear.

Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback regarding your order. Unfortunately we are unable to process an exchange for an item that is of a higher value then the item you are returning. This is due to our systems as we aren't able to take an extra payment from you, because we don't have the technology in place to do this. We really do apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you. In regards to your emails, I can see that all emails we received form you have been answered and the information you requested has been provided. If there is anything more we can do to help you please don't hesitate to contact us by email or phone.
The order showed up exactly as ordered. The shipping company kept to its quick delivery.

If courier doesn’t deliver to address originally, it should be replaced with a new order

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to hear that your order was not delivered to the address that you had provided. This is not how we would expect our couriers to carry out the delivery of our items, so we really do apologise that this has happened. I can see that a member of our customer service team contacted DPD as soon as we were aware of the issue and your order was then re-delivered to you at the correct address. However, we do appreciate that the order should have been delivered to the correct address in the first place, so your comments have been passed onto to DPD for future review of how they deliver our parcels.
