Easy to use and fast service. Quality clothes and will use again. The online site should have an availability stock on sizes, would help me manage my spend i.e. would have spent more earlier!

Thank you for your kind reviews on both our service and your Sunspel products. We’re always grateful to hear from happy customers and appreciate you taking the time to let us know. Good morning. Thank you for your feedback. We really do apologise that you are unhappy with our current returns policy. Unfortunately, we aren't able to provide a free returns service at the moment, however we fully understand that this is in high demand with our customers and we would like to assure you, that it is something we are reviewing and hope to provide in the near future. We have just recently been able to offer free shipping on orders to most countries, which we have found has greatly improved our service. Therefore we are making continuous efforts to grow and improve the company in anyway we can. We can only apologise for the inconvenience that was caused and if we can help you with anything else at all, please don't hesitate to contact us.
The service has been truly fantastic. Great customer service, friendly and very efficient. Well Done!!
