Highly priced but good quality. Free shipment was available had I spent £5 more; this was not made clear when ordering.

Hello, thank you for your feedback on your recent order. I'm sorry to hear that you felt unaware of the total purchase limits for receiving free delivery. We do provide this information on our Delivery page, however I've passed your feedback onto our online team so we can look at making this clearer going forward.
The underwear is superb. The materials they offer are super comfy, it’s like I don’t even know I’m wearing anything!! Plus they are easy care, no shrinkage after coming out of the dryer. Ordering was...

I bought this voucher as a gift for my mum - she’s in London and I’m in Sydney, so I’m always conscious when buying vouchers of making sure there’s no issue having bought it from Australia....

I believe that your mum contacted us at customerservice@sunspel.com and we were able to resolve the problem, however we apologise that it wasn't resolved straight away in the store the first time she visited.
