I paid over 20% of extra charges while the import in uae is only 5%...
why dhl charged to me for this?
it was a trial order but definitely I will not purchase anymore in the same way...

I'm really sorry to hear that you've felt unhappy with the taxes and duties charged through our couriers.Unfortunately we aren't in control of these charges, however we're always happy to look at posting your order by an alternate courier to try and improve this at all. Please be aware we can only do this by request after you've placed each order. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible after you've placed the order so we can catch it in time at the warehouse. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you regarding your first order and hope to improve this going forward.
