Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you are not fully satisfied with your recent purchase from us.
Images are provided by each brand and sometimes lighting effects the actual appearance and colours can be slightly off. Lots of care is taken to ensure correct representation of the item is made including a list of attributes with more information for your convenient shopping. We apologise if these sunglasses didn't meet your expectations.
Unfortunately free returns of unsuitable or unliked items is not currently an option. We do however cover all costs if there are any faults or errors on our part.
I understand one of our Customer Service team has been looking after this for you and a return has been processed.
