Hi Trusted Customer
-
We are so sorry that your trip didn’t go smoothly. Having a terrible experience at the front desk is a stressful time and we are very sorry that happened.
Your connectors should have been guaranteed, the front desk was absolutely incorrect about that and we are working with The Venetian to make sure this issue never happens again. In fact, you were charged a $60 fee by the Venetian to guarantee your connectors so we have refunded this to your card.
If we can gain your trust to book again we would like to offer you a 5% discount in addition to any special offers that are running. Our concierge team is always available at (415) 857-2359 to resolve issues like you encountered immediately.
