Fast delivery and great price for a fantastic product.
After 8 weeks of countless emails sent, still waiting for a refund. Customer service is awful. Quite simply bunch of thieves.

Hello, I have checked our system and cannot see any emails from your registered email address, I have also checked the tracking on the order and can see this was delivered on the 13th November with Royal Mail, please can you confirm if this is resolved?
