In most cases it seems to be that the temperature of the iron is not hot enough. The temperature varies from iron to iron, but it is a hotter setting that does seem to work best to activate the adhesive. I will resend it to you now. We do find that if Clothing Labels are coming off in the wash it is often that the temperature on the iron is not hot enough to activate the adhesive on the Labels. Thanks so much for your valuable feedback. I am pleased that you are happy with your Personalised Bag Tag but disappointed to hear that you have had difficulties with your Iron On Labels. With frequent testing on these we have found that the iron does need to be quite hot to activate the adhesive. If the iron is not hot enough, they will not adhere.
