Thank you so much for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed that we were unable to change your order. The reason we are able to produce personalised products so quickly is that our system is fully automated and each item goes into production and artwork is created the moment you complete your order.
Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to alter colours, fonts or spelling etc. We do, however, offer our Customers a half price reprint if they would like to make any changes.
I will contact you directly to resolve this for you.

I am sorry to hear delivery had taken longer than expected - Coming up to Christmas, production and delivery may take slightly longer due to the high demand of products. In saying this, in case of future reference, we do have the option to have your order shipped via express post which will provide you with guaranteed 1-2 working days delivery time from the date of dispatch along with tracking details.
