Slow shipping

STILL haven't received my order. When you shop off a NZ website you assume shipping in the same country? Guessing not given package is not here. Dispatched 26th April

After I have purchased, I do not get any confirmation email except the one from PayPal, and email from PayPal to Penny Scallen of my order. Have no communication whether the order been placed or...

I found it frustrating that there was no tracking code issued to me for my package. I also asked a question to customer service and waited two days for a reply.
