Poor Customer Service
When I booked the insurance I noticed that I had entered the wrong year of birth. I immediately emailed them and have had no response apart from this email asking for a review. Priories?

Unable to produce the correct Policy Document to match the cover purchased
Ive spent hours trying to buy a policy from this Insurer...paid a huge premium for the cover I wanted but repeatedly they send me the incorrect Policy Document detailing a much lower level of cover...

I have received a totally unapologetic letter from URV (Union Reeiseversicherung AG Complaints Administrator enclosing the correct Policy Document printed in such a way now as to be readable. Unbelievably, they then went on to say that the Policy had to be printed on an A5 document and couldn't be made any larger. Unfortunately I'm unable to reproduce the offending A5 document here, but suffice it to say that I am unable to read it, even using a magnifying glass. So no, I don't want to change my rating of their customer service other than to say that I would give zero stars (to include their Complaints Administration) if that were possible. CANT EVEN BOTHER TO APOLOGISE..they don't deserve to be in business.
