Binchotan charcoal extremely poor quality. Have purchased for a while now and it suddenly went downhill very quickly. Highly disappointed with response to customer service.

I can only apologise that your initial shipment wasn't the quality that you had come to expect. We have made changes to our supply chain to ensure this doesn't happen again and receive a more consistent level of quality going forward.

Their helpfulness and product knowledge impressed me. I purchased an Anova Precision cooker from them and subsequently their own Chamber Vacuum Sealer 2.5. Both work very well indeed.
Retail is detail and I received the wrongly picked Vacuum bags that stalled a large fish delivery for a private dinner party. Pickers need to be precise and accurate as this can disrupt peoples...
