I was not informed one of items I ordered was not in stock until I enquired 2 days after my delivery was promised why it had not arrived. Items that were in stock were not sent out.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, I am sorry that we didn't communicate one of the spare parts ordered wasn't available for immediate dispatch. This was an error on our part for not actioning the out of stock problem quickly enough and we have discussed how this can be avoided in future, thank you for bringing this to our attention.
