Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, am sorry that the email requesting additional information went into your junk, as a rule we would normally call if this wasn't replied to so very sorry we didn't help further with this. Obviously with regard to the pallet they do travel a long way on a number of trucks and are loaded and off loaded several times during the process, I am sorry that this left something on the pallet, but we would struggle to assist with this. I am pleased you are happy with the product though.
