I like the way it makes my skin feel

It makes my hands soft and it doesn't take a large amount for it to work. While it initially feels greasy, once it's completely rubbed in, it no longer feels that way.

Poor delivery service

I placed my order on 9th February, payment was taken on 10th and I received an email stating it had been dispatched. It’s now 19th Feb & it hasn’t arrived

We shipped the order immediately using our free shipping service. The tracking number for your package is LJ590166265US which is a combination of USPS service and your local postal office. We clearly state in our FREE shipping terms that delivery is between 10-22 days. Your order is still within this window. The fate of the actual delivery is in the control of the UK postal service and completely out of our hands.
