I’m sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your purchase, and appreciate you bringing the packaging issue to our attention. It should have arrived boxed up and we apologise that your packaging was not up to standard. We will make sure this will be rectified going forward.
We use an overnight trackable courier company which is why you paid £10 for the postage, as we endeavour to provide our customers with a fast, safe and reliable delivery service.

Product was a little damaged in the corners as I didn't buy it with the frame. For the money paid for postage I would have expected it possibly wrapped in bubble wrap or something to avoid this....
