We are sorry to hear of the issues you experienced with your order and difficulties negotiating
our returns procedure.
As a result, we have stressed the importance of including the correct paperwork with all orders to
our dispatch team, so that the necessary information on our returns policy and procedure are readily
available.
However, we do not offer a free return postage or courier service when a product is unsuitable and
these incurred costs are non-refundable.
