Thank you for your feedback in relation to the service you received from Simplicity Cremations. I am very glad to hear that you would recommend our services.

As Simplicity Cremations are provided by Dignity Funerals the nearest Dignity Funeral Director would have been appointed to assist with the completion of the necessary paperwork for the direct cremation to take place - I apologise if the location of the funeral home caused any inconvenience. I am glad to hear that the issue relating to the doctor's certificates was rectified.

With regard to the further services you have mentioned I can confirm that these are more in line with a standard funeral rather than a direct cremation service, hence why they are not included.

Recommended service with cost in mind

My good service started at the funeral directors who let me use their facilities and phone to arrange the cremation. Very good alternative to a funeral were a budget is required.

It was not a problem as I had a personal phone call from the funeral director to tell me the arrangements.
