Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry the perfume smell affected your enjoyment of the tour.
We can only assume it was a fellow passenger’s perfume which caused the issue and as I’m sure you can appreciate, we can’t control this. Our coaches are cleaned with a Eucalyptus-based floor wash and we do not have any automated air-fresheners on board.
