Heater failed in under a month

I bought the radiator for my conservatory and have found it to be both effective and attactive. With the help of your helpdesk it is easy to set up.

Reported that heater not working two weeks ago and after some test told the control panel had failed. I was told that a new one would be sent that day to their local representative and they would contact me to make an appointment to fit it. When no call received I contacted the service team who promised to find out when the part would be fitted but they did not call back. I contacted the wholesaler who found put that the part had not been sent so the local agent was not in a position to fit it. I AM STILL WAITING.

- Name and address (with postcode)

- Telephone number and email address

Awful website

The first heater I bought had a faulty control panel so I returned the item the next day to be told that it has to be sorted with Rointe as it’s there policy. Luckily it’s a wholesaler that I use...

With regards to your comments about our website - we are working to redesign our "register your product" page on our website as we are aware it is not user-friendly. The control panel is very small,difficult to see and adjust

The builder brought it to our house and it works alright.Only had it a week or so but I think the control panel needs to be bigger.

Value for money

Yes I would recommend the arointe Kyros heaters. Fully packaged for transport. Good quality goods and easy to install and operate. I’ve run out of rooms !
