I love the radiator and it was delivered quickly and easy enough to install (via a certified electrician - the instructions that came with the radiator were sufficient for him to follow).

Great response to problem that arose with radiator still under warranty

They responded very promptly to the problem by dispatching a new radiator to me the next day. The only thing was that I wasn't actually at home the next day, and it was too late to ask for another...
