I admit I was shocked to read this!
I just pulled up the 6+ page Federal resume we sent to you and the 5 page original you sent to us. I couldn't find anything that was "the same" at all. I not only read it...I double checked by scanning word couplets from yours and then using the search tool to try to find them in ours-- 100% of my searches produced no match. We created a completely different resume. The only thing I can think is that you were sent the wrong file? I'm re-sending it now...

Thank you for your feedback. There appears to be some miscommunication as we absolutely do not...nor have we ever...sent information to any 3rd party vendors. None of our conditions or terms are reliant upon 3rd party vendors either. It's possible that you had contacted another resume company while shopping and they are simply using sales tactics in their follow-up.
