We have investigated both of your complaints, and I can see you did indeed have a payment issue that unfortunately occurred with the hirer in question querying the hours worked. I can see we resolved this eventually for you, but I recognise it was not quick enough. In the future, if you have an issue of this nature, can you email sue@redwigwam.com who is an expert at resolving issues between hirers and workers In terms of your star rating, I can see that you did follow the process and our system has been overzealous - we have corrected this situation for you now.
