Improvement needed
Answer the phone qiucker.
The original confirmation/invoice made no reference to the flight leg of the package. It required another telephone call to resolve this.

Great people, great service.
We were late booking our travel and accommodation and Railbookers were extremely cooperative in meeting our requirements. Please everyone use Railbookers, it takes the stress out of travel.
