Ordered decorations and party ware for my daughter's 18th. It came within the time stated and was all of good quality, helping give the party a specicial atmosphere.
Could not combine my two orders into one in order to save me shipping costs. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I am afraid we are unable to add to orders once confirmed as your order is distributed to 1 of 3 warehouses and in circulation amongst hundreds of others.
I have however e-mailed you details of a postage discount on this occassion for your second order made with us.
