We would like to state that when you placed your order on the Thursday we noticed that you had ordered from two different manufactures meaning that the Beech finish would not match exactly. We always confirm this with customers as it can cause problems when the furniture arrives and would vary slightly in its appearance.
As we didn’t hear back or have confirmation till past the cut off for dispatch on Friday and the order was then placed first thing on Monday and out for delivery Tuesday. One item however was unfortunately not delivered. We chased the manufacturer and they apologised as there was a mix up their end and the goods didn’t make it on to the lorry which we sincerely regret and apologise for. We notified you of this straight away and the pedestal was then delivered the following day. I understand this was 4 days after it was due - but as you can appreciate see we actually gave great customer service ensuring that you were happy with non-matching items and informing you of the one working day delay from the manufacturer.
The items that you purchased are great products from trusted market leaders, which you chose from our budget range and have great reviews. I understand that you are unhappy with not receiving goods next day as you had hoped to, but in this instance the unforeseen circumstances were quite simply out of our control and we apologise for any confusion that you may have had.
